We raised £2,000 for Iris Jaworski’s wheelchair fund

On Saturday I presented Iris Jaworski and her family with a cheque for £2,000 for a new wheelchair she needs – called a Snapdragon that costs around £20,0000.

This money was raised from the raffle and tickets sales from our Winter Showcase event in December – so a huge thank you to everyone who helped with this.

Iris’ sister, Bay, has been a pupil at Tozers for 3 years, and this new chair will be a life changing piece of equipment for Iris.

The Southwell Advertiser came along on Saturday to take a photo and it should be in this week’s issue. It is also going to the be in the March issue of The Bramley.
