All students taking part in the showcase are required at 10.15am and no later for a technical rehearsal at the theatre. They will stay at the theatre for the duration. Those involved are:
- All vocal groups
- Senior Street dance crew
- Tap trio
- Solo students

We also require 5 parent chaperones to volunteer for the rehearsal and showcase (all those who volunteer can watch the rehearsal but will be required backstage during the showcase). Please email [email protected] if you can help.
Please be ready on arrival at the theatre for rehearsal in:
- Black clothes to wear for all showcase numbers. These are:
- Black plain t-shirt or plain long sleeve shirt
- Black school trousers or smart slim fitting joggers or equivalent
- Black socks with either black ballet shoes, black jazz shoes, black plimsoles or black canvas shoes, plain black trainers. No school shoes.
- Hair must be in a slick bun or neat French plaits
Please bring with you:
- Lunch, water only no fizzy drinks or squash and snacks
Prize-giving will begin at 1.30pm
PURCHASED TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOTH THE PRIZE-GIVING AND THE SHOWCASE THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FROM MRS LYNN AT THE STUDIO TOMORROW DURING THE REHEARSAL 4.30 – 7.30pm
£3 per person to cover the Theatre hire charge.
No-one will be allowed into the auditorium without a ticket.
Children receiving certificates during the prize-giving will not require a ticket as they will be chaperoned during the prize-giving. If they are not in the showcase and are staying to watch then they will need a purchased ticket to occupy a seat.
2 tickets per family-first come first serve as we have a limited number of seats.
If we have any spare we will announce this on Friday.
Students involved in the showcase will not require a ticket.
Prize-giving is open to everyone and those students who took an exam in 2019 will have a certificate ready to be awarded to them on Sunday. In order to watch, a ticket must be purchased and this can be done by emailing [email protected] and advising how many tickets (max 2 per family at £3 per ticket) are required. Monies for tickets to be paid directly to Mrs Lynn on Saturday.
Parents are welcome from 1.15pm into the auditorium.
After the prize-giving there will be a 15-20 min interval before the start of the showcase. We hope to be finished by approximately 3.45-4pm.
