Latest News and Update 14 October

It’s been a few weeks since our last newsletter and updates due to some admin changes & workload.

CLASSES ARE ON TOMORROW AS NORMAL.
We break up after classes and resume Monday 31st October

Miss Unitt
We said a sad farewell to Miss Unitt at the end of last month who is now enjoying travelling in Thailand. She is safe and having a wonderful time. Thank you to all the students who made cards, sent flowers and gifts which were all beautiful and very kind hearted. I know Miss Unitt will find time when she returns to come and visit us all.

We welcome Mrs Jennifer Hancock who is replacing Miss Unitt for Jazz, exam coaching & cover classes as needed. She is an ex-Tozer student who has had a very successful performance career after graduating from one of the top dance colleges, Laine Theatre Arts under the direction of Betty Laine OBE. Jennifer is a freelance qualified teacher in all dance genres and I hope the students will welcome and enjoy the wealth of experience & creativity she has to offer.

Julie Wilson
Endless thanks and appreciation go to Julie Wilson who has being in charge of all the email & FaceBook administration for several years and has now passed the baton on so she can free up more time for her own work commitments. We wish Julie all the best for the future and a huge thank you from the whole school for her time & expertise over the years.

Modern & Tap Exams
Exam dates are 29th/30th November
Please check you have transferred funds and returned your consent forms as we cannot enter students for the exams as a batch until they are all returned. The deadline was 8th October to return forms and fees. We still have a few outstanding so please return by tomorrow before we break for half term.
Exam coaching classes begin immediately after half term.

Foster care short film
Back in September we had 4 students who were selected for an online Foster care Advertisment. Thank you to the girls who gave up their time to help with the film. The video below features the girls who pulled it altogether within a few hours. A great experience for all of us involved.

May we wish you all a safe and happy half term break
