Latest News and Update the 23rd February

Dear Parents,

I hope you’re all well.

A big thank you to staff and pupils this week during rehearsals.
Last Saturday we returned after the half term week and moved on slowly with rehearsals.
It was challenging with lots of students absent, but we can hopefully forge ahead now that the exams are over and no break until the Easter weekend.

Please urge your children to take some time to practise their show numbers in between rehearsals (especially after an absence) to help with recall of choreography as we spend too much time going back over work from the previous rehearsals where we should be moving on.
Students do have videos to work from.

Tickets are now on sale for the show so please get in touch with the Box office to secure good seats!

Safety at the studios

Please may I remind all parents/ grandparents to not stop and drop children off in front of the farmhouse obstructing the thoroughfare.
Please use the car park at all times when dropping and collecting children.
The safety of the students is a priority.

Shout out’s

This week Mrs Burnett would like a shout out to her Grade 3 & 4 Ballet students for displaying super conduct during their rehearsals.

Mrs Hancock has a shout out for Luna Ferrreira, Evelyn Pain & Autumn Leeson-Smith who were very hard working and expressive in their rehearsal this week.

I would also like to give a shout out to all the girls involved in the opening number of the show who were well disciplined spending 3 hours last Sunday afternoon learning the number.

Well done!

Have a good weekend!
