Easter activity fundraising
Please can we send out again a huge request to donate some chocolate & a £1 for a raffle ticket so we can raise money for the Rosie May Charity over the next few weeks. (We had some donations from the Silver Swans ballet class, but no one else!)
All our donations will be put together to make 2 hampers similar to the one in the picture below to be won.
Miss Ruby and her team will be selling raffle tickets from today and the draw will be held on the last Saturday before the Easter break.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Car washing will continue on Saturday mornings too!
Show update
We’ve had another busy week!
Costumes are arriving,musical edits are being finalised, I’ve visited the theatre for a show meeting in preparation for our arrival in May & there is real excitement in the studios in readiness for our upcoming show event!

We still have a long way to go so please read all the newsletters to ensure you are up to date with the evolving rehearsal period etc.
Rehearsals Thursday 28th March
Due to the Good Friday bank holiday on the 29th March & the school closed, we will hold our Friday rehearsal timetable on Thursday 28th March instead.
So all rehearsals normally on a Friday will move to the Thursday that week.
That evening we will also hold a
Chaperone Meeting at 7pm in studio 3.
All parents who have offered to assist with chaperoning over the show weekend,I hope you can make this important meeting on the 28th March.
We will then have a break from rehearsing until week beginning Monday 8th April.
THE REHEARSAL TIMETABLE FOR THE WEEK BEGINNING 8th APRIL WILL BE ADVERTISED IN A SEPARATE NEWSLETTER WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
We still need lots of Newspapers for the Grade 3 Modern number if you could donate to the school asap that would be great!
Shout out’s
This week our shout out’s go to the Pre-school/Pre-Primary & Primary students who have been fantastic with their rehearsals every week & giving so much joy to the staff!
b has a shout out for her dedication & determination this week in her Limbering class.
Well done!
Please continue to order Hoodies & Joggers for the show weekend.
Everyone in Vocal/Musical Theatre numbers in the show will require Black Jazz shoes or Black Ballet shoes,please source & purchase these yourselves to be well prepared before the dress rehearsal next month.
New or second hand are both appropriate.
