Latest News and Update the 24th April
Dear Parents,
I hope you are all well.
Thank you to all our students for a great week in the studio for our dress rehearsals. The show is really coming together now, and we can feel the excitement from the students increasing. Tomorrow we continue the dress rehearsals with our Saturday children. Please make sure that all the costumes return home ready for the show.
Musical Theatre Extra Rehearsal
Please can I request those involved with ‘Calamity Jane’ Musical Theatre to attend an extra rehearsal for this on Monday at 7.15-8.00pm.
This is an extra, and Tuesday’s last rehearsal will go ahead as normal.
Friday 1st May
There will be no rehearsals on this date, it gives all our families time to check costumes and everything required for the theatre for the weekend.
Please note the school will be closed after the show weekend from Monday 4th May and re open for classes on Saturday 9th May.
Any new students enrolling will begin on Saturday 9th May.
Chaperones
I am compiling lists for the dressing rooms & allocation of children.
Please make sure I have a copy or photo of your DBS certification ready for the Council inspection during the show weekend.
Please confirm to me which performance you have tickets for to watch & will be unavailable.
All chaperones/parent helpers need to be helping on Saturday all day & Sunday at least one performance.
Thank you for volunteering as we cannot do this without you there.
