Latest News and Update the 15th May

I hope you’re all well.
Thank you to everyone who attended back to classes this week after our wonderful show.
There was lots of enthusiasm and a lovely happy atmosphere which gave us all a great week.
To finish off the week, we have our Senior students performing in the Breakin’ Convention tour this evening in Nottingham.
Classes are still on for those not involved.
IMPORTANT
To accommodate a clash of timetable on a Saturday morning we are having to make a slight adjustment.
Times have not changed just the order of a couple of classes in the morning.
The afternoon is as it was last week.
Saturday morning will now be as follows:
Studio 1
- 9.00 Pre-Primary Ballet
- 9.45 Primary Modern/Pre-Primary Tap
- 10.30 Primary Ballet
- 11.15 Grade 2 Tap
- 12.00 Grade 2 Modern
- 12.45 Grade 2 Ballet
Studio 2
- 9.00 Pre-School Ballet
- 9.45 Preparatory Modern/Tap
- 10.30 Grade 1 Ballet
- 11.15 Primary Tap
- 12.00 Grade 1 Modern
- 12.45 Grade 3 Modern
STREET DANCE CLASSES
Saturday 16th May (tomorrow)
Apologies to all involved – Due to unavailability of staff who are working at the Breakin’ Convention tour, we have no choice other than to cancel tomorrow’s Street dance classes as there is no one to cover unfortunately.
This is both Junior/Inter & Senior classes.
We will try and make these up at some point.
Half term begins after classes on Friday 23rd May
Both Saturday 24th & 30th May are part of the half term break as normal.
Resume classes on Monday 1st June
FISKOFEST 4th July in the afternoon.
We are excited to be taking part in this event after the success from last year.
Consent forms to take part will be handed out this week, to be returned after half term so we can plan ahead.
We have plenty of show numbers to include and a few new ones.
Costumes will be reused from the show.
Classes will be as normal in the morning on that date.

I am in the process of collecting all the orders and submitting them to the video filming company.
After watching & approving the draft this week, I am really pleased with the outcome & look forward to you all enjoying watching it in a few weeks time.
