The new term and MT exams

I hope you are all well and enjoying the half term break.

The first half of our autumn term went ahead very successfully with no COVID positive cases reported at the school. We will continue to be highly vigilant with our COVID secure measures in place and review the risks regularly.

We are able to continue amongst the new tier system for Nottinghamshire and we will strive to keep the school open and successfully working for the benefit of our students who are thriving in our classes.

We resume lessons on Monday 2nd November with no changes to the timetable at the moment.

I would stress that we need to work together on being COVID secure so please go through our procedures with your child again to remind them of social distancing, face coverings, washing hands and bringing minimal personal items in their plastic buckets to the studios.
Face coverings must be worn as soon as they leave the car.

We will continue to sanitise the studios and public areas after each class including ballet barres, door handles and toilet facilities as before.

Please contact the school as soon as possible if your child becomes symptomatic of the virus or is isolating due to possible exposure, by emailing [email protected]

Music Theatre exams
We have been advised that the exams can still go ahead at this point on 22nd November and details will be given out soon regarding the exam timetable.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support with making the school a happy and safe place for our students to enjoy their love of dancing and performing arts.

We look forward to welcoming students back next week.
