Final show information – and a shout out for more chaperones

I hope you are all well and looking forward to our show weekend.
The students have been amazing this week and my shout out is for each and everyone of them who have pulled together to create another Tozer show to be proud of and enjoy!

If you have questions at all about the weekend ahead, please make contact through Julie or myself and ask as there is a lot to remember.
There may be a small issue that may have been missed or overlooked with everything going on.

Chaperones
We still have shortage of help for the second performance, so if there is anyone who hasn’t offered help yet and is free for the second show please let me know asap.
This is important!
We have over a hundred students in the school, however only around 30 parents have offered to help over the weekend, please help if you can from 5.30pm on Sunday.

Car parking at the theatre
I have been advised to remind people to remember to top up your car park ticket on Saturday/Sunday if you are staying longer than 4 hours in the car park behind the theatre.

Saturday collection
Junior Students (age 7-11) will need collecting at 6pm from the stage door.
Inter and Senior students will finish at 6.45-7pm (12yrs and above).

Sunday
The second show will finish around 8.45 – 9pm
All students will need collecting after the second show (except Pre-school who will leave earlier)

Show DVD’s
Order forms have been available this week at the studio, if you would like to order a show DVD you can fill in Show DVD order form 2022 and return to us over the weekend.
There will be an allocated box at the stage door entrance for order forms to be deposited in.
All details on how to order are on the form.

Medication
If any child has medication which they will need over the weekend, please let me know in writing so we are aware.
Any inhalers/ EpiPens/ medication must kept be in an appropriately named bag and made known to all chaperones/staff.

Tickets
There are still tickets available for each show so please encourage friends and/or
family to come and see the show – we haven’t done one for 3 years and the students want to perform to two packed supportive audiences!

New Summer Timetable
Our summer timetable will be advertised next week ready for classes resuming on Saturday 7th May. (There will be some changes to lessons, but we hope to keep it similar to the pre-show rehearsal one).

No Lessons 2nd – 6th May

We have some exciting summer events to look forward to post show!
