Latest News And Update 20th January

Dear Parents,

I hope you are all well.

Thank you to all students this week for continuing to work hard and provide a lovely environment in the studios to work in.

Ballet exams
We now have confirmation of the Ballet exam date which is Wednesday 29th March 2023.
For those selected for their exam, the consent forms will be handed out this weekend for return by Saturday 28th January.
Exams are advised, but are not compulsory.
The exam commitment involves attending exam coaching sessions.
Exam coaching will be spread across Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings in March.
All information and dates will be on the paperwork handed out.

Shout Outs
Lots of shout outs this week…

  • Firstly, a shout out to our Street dance and Street crew students who have made such an impression with their confidence and commitment in their lessons already this term.
    Ellie and Gaz are so proud of all the students because they have such a great positive attitude to their work – well done!
  • Mrs Hancock would like to give a shout out to Eliza Clarke & Sophie Killingworth for trialling the Junior Jazz class this week and attempting lots of new work – well done you two!
  • Mrs Burnett would like a shout out to Eleanor Richardson for her attention to detail & home practice along with Lena Vout & Poppy Mulligan for their excellent ‘spotting’ technique in readiness for pirouettes – Well done girls!
  • Miss Haynes would like a shout out to Max Bradley for improvement & general dedication with his Boys modern work.

Second hand uniform
Thank you to those who have dropped off uniform.
Please continue to do so and we can hold a sale very soon.
