Latest News and Update the 2nd February
Dear Parents,
I hope you’re all well.
Thank you to everyone for another successful week at the studios.
Attendance has been excellent and students have been working towards show numbers and exams with enthusiasm!
To confirm our half term dates:
- Break up after classes on Friday 9th February
- NO classes 10th February
- We resume show rehearsals on SATURDAY 17th February
Attendance for all show rehearsals is essential after half term up to the show as we will be setting all the numbers and it makes it increasingly difficult for everyone when there are gaps in the cast.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation with this.
Prop making
Thank you to the parents who have offered their help with making props for the show. If there are any more parents who can help with making props this would be greatly appreciated.
We have large amounts of Lollipops & Kites to be made, painting to be done etc. If you can spare some time please let me know by email.
Volunteers
We are also looking for help with Stage door duties across the show weekend of May 4/5.
The theatre now insists that the stage door is manned constantly throughout the show weekend by us. It would be ideal to have this shared amongst a few people so that one person is not committed to so many hours.
If this interests you and you can commit to some of the hours please get in touch. The times would be 8.30am-6.30pm Saturday 4th May and 12.30pm-9.30pm on Sunday 5th May. Ideally these hours would be shared between approximately 4 people.
Shout Out’s
This week our shout out is for Holly Clarke for maintaining a brilliant work ethic and commitment to self progress in her Jazz lessons.
All the exam students deserve a shout our this week for working so well i their exam coaching sessions.

Modern and Tap exams are next Wednesday and we wish everyone the best of luck for their exams.
