Latest News and Update the 17th April

Dear Parents,

We are approaching the last two weeks of rehearsals, and we just need a final push to the finish line. All the students have been amazing during rehearsals this week, and we are really looking forward to putting on a very memorable show!


Saturday 18th April

Finale rehearsal at 1.30-2.15pm

All students, except Pre-school, Pre-Primary & Primary Ballet, please do your best to attend so you are not left out of the finale.

This includes Grade 1 students to attend, who were missed from notification the other day.

Grade 2 Ballet & Grade 3 Modern will still get to rehearse their number during that time as well.


Show Weekend Letters & Information

All the information for the tech/dress rehearsal will be on a hard copy handed out tomorrow.

Costume Collection & Payment Day

Sunday 19th April

Cash or bank transfer

Costs of costumes are on the notice board in Studio 1 entrance.

  • Pre-school – Grade 3: Please arrive between 10.00-11.30am
  • Grade 4/Inters & Seniors: Please arrive between 11.45-1.00pm

  • Bond Medley – Wednesday 22nd April
  • Shawshank Redemption – Friday 24th April
  • Wicked – Friday 24th April at 7.30pm
  • Sherlock – Friday 24th April
  • Following the Leader, Fly & Paddington – Saturday 25th April
  • Ratatapatango – Saturday 25th April
  • Pure Imagination – Saturday 25th April
  • Top Hat – Saturday 25th April
  • Gangsta Granny – Saturday 25th April
  • Chaplin, both Street Dance numbers, Harry Potter & Hamilton – Saturday 25th April

Solos, duets, and dialogue parts will be rehearsed at a different time TBC.


Shout Out’s

Our shout out this week is for all our wonderful students who are taking part in the show. Your commitment and energy is very much appreciated.

I would also like to send a big shout out to our Tozer staff, who are doing a brilliant job in the studio and away from the studio. The work behind the scenes to put the show on is enormous & relentless.
